ATTENTION FELLOW WHITE WOMEN, COME HITHER

It's time for some very real talk

This is a post for my fellow white women, because I have been tasked with gathering you and setting you straight.

OK, now that it’s just us, I want you to think about what your number one issue in this election is, and then I want you to temporarily move it to the second position. It’s not going anywhere, and while the current administration is working very hard on all of the things that you’re mad about, you also have to think about what the next administration will be able to do for you as well as for the country.

I get that you might be angry about [your issue], but I also want you to consider the glaring differences between the two tickets, because only one of them is going to care about anything that you also care about, regardless of what it is. And while there is no quick fix for any of those issues, none of them will matter if you don’t vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.

A vote for #HarrisWalz is a vote for women

A vote for #TrumpVance is a vote for Putin and #Project2025

In this election, I want you to vote for yourself and your bodily autonomy above all other issues. I want you to think about which ticket is going to care about whatever you think your number one issue is. It’s not going to be Trump/Vance when they don’t care about women at all. They are actively doing everything they can to take away every right we’ve been enjoying in our lifetimes. It goes far beyond abortion rights and is all about your basic human rights as you have always known and enjoyed them.

Do you want the government making any medical decisions for you, starting with your private reproductive rights and then continuing on to anything else that impacts your basic livelihood? The GOP wants to take away your healthcare, shutter the Education Department & government-funded programs like SNAP, Medicaid, & Obamacare with no plans to replace any of it.

If I put Kamala Harris’ list of accomplishments side-by-side with Donald Trump’s track record of failures and convictions without telling you the gender or color of the person, I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t choose the convicted felon adjudicated rapist facing sentencing on November 26th as the person to lead this country. I’m also pretty sure you wouldn’t invite a convicted felon adjudicated rapist over to your house for dinner if he wasn’t named Donald Trump.

You don’t have to tell anyone who you voted for before or after the results are announced. You don’t ever have to tell anyone who you voted for. I don’t care if you lie to your MAGA relatives & your MAGA spouse. I don’t want to hear that you “just can’t” vote for a Democrat or you “just can’t” specifically vote for Kamala Harris because you believe some manufactured bullshit propaganda you saw on social media.

Republicans by the hundreds are endorsing Kamala Harris. I’m begging you to look at the reality of what we are living in and the future we are facing if you don’t show up for Democrats downballot.

I want you all to think about every other white woman in your life. Your mothers, sisters, best friends, aunts, cousins, but especially your daughters & granddaughters. I want you to think about a future where we’re all controlled by Republicans with no freedom of any sort of choice regarding any aspect of our lives.

I’m also asking you to check your facts from a reliable source that hasn’t been filtered through any media: the White House website. Not only can you check facts about the current administration, you can go back and check the archives of previous administrations. You can compare and contrast the successes and failures without anyone telling you how to feel about them.

Facts you don’t like are still facts. And the facts are, the #BidenHarris administration has done historic work after inheriting a historic mess. You don’t have to believe me if you don’t want to, but I implore you to check the record because it speaks for itself.

Kamala Harris was a district attorney, the Attorney General for the state of California, a Senator, and now she’s the Vice President of the United States currently polling a healthy seven points ahead of the sundowning convicted felon adjudicated rapist who can’t stop talking about Hannibal Lecter & lying about Haitian immigrants eating pets.

JD “Vladimir Futon” Vance is currently polling FORTY POINTS behind Tim Walz. If the presidential debate didn’t make up your mind, hopefully the VP debate will.

This is what I know: once Kamala Harris & Tim Walz are sworn into office, your issue has a much better chance of being resolved & I’ll be here to help you hold them to their promises. Deal?

Please feel free to share this post with your fellow white women who say that voting for any Republican makes sense, but in particular the worst GOP ticket in history.
